Pick-up and hand-in

For pick-up from your address, a printed AWB is not mandatory, but one stuck on the parcel speeds up collection.
A Standard shipment has a single parcel: for more, place a separate order for each one.

What to avoid

Guessing the weight by eye: weigh and measure the parcel, the price is worked out from the real weight.
A parcel that turns out heavier than 31 kg when weighed: above that weight, Cargus prices are much higher.
Parcels too big for Ship&GO: over 15 kg or 60 x 40 x 37 cm, choose the Standard service.

How long does a Cargus delivery take?

Delivery takes 24-48 hours, and 92% of shipments arrive within 24 hours. For same-day pick-up, order by 15:00, or by 17:00 on the Ship&GO service.

What parcels can I send via Ship&GO?

Parcels of up to 15 kg, no bigger than 60 x 40 x 37 cm. For bigger parcels, choose the Standard service, for up to 31 kg.

Can I drop the parcel into a Cargus locker?

Not at the moment. On the Ship&GO - Address service you hand the parcel in at a Cargus office or a Ship&GO point.

How long does the parcel stay at a Ship&GO point?

The parcel stays at the Ship&GO location for 3 days. Cash on delivery parcels can be picked up within 3 working days.

How does the recipient pay the cash on delivery amount?

At the address, in cash or by card, directly to the courier. At Ship&GO points they can pay online, via a link, before pick-up; cash only at Cargus's own locations.

Can I send several parcels in a single order?

Not on the Standard service: a shipment has a single parcel. Place a separate order for each parcel, or pick a courier in the calculator that accepts several parcels.

What happens if the real weight is higher?

The price is worked out from the real weight, so it is worth weighing and measuring the parcel before you order. Above 31 kg, Cargus prices are much higher.

Is my parcel insured?

Every parcel sent through woot.ro includes free compensation of up to 5x the shipping cost. For more valuable contents, you can insure it for up to 10,000 lei.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, from the order page, as long as the courier has not collected the parcel. You get the money back instantly as woot credits, or within 12-24 hours in the account you paid from.

What if the courier does not show up?

Open a support ticket from the order page. If you would rather not wait, you can cancel the order as long as the parcel has not been collected.
