Who can ask for a tailored offer?

Any company that sends parcels regularly: online shops, distributors, manufacturers or service companies. All you need is a company tax ID (CUI). It does not matter which platform you sell on or whether you also sell offline.

I send fewer than 100 parcels a month. Is it worth asking for an offer?

Yes. The rate depends on volume, so the savings grow with the number of parcels, but even at low volumes you get a single account for 12 couriers and automatic AWB generation. Our sales colleague will tell you honestly what rate you can get at your current volume.

How much do I actually save?

It depends on volume, parcel weight, destinations and the services you use. As a guide, companies sending 100-500 parcels a month save a few lei per parcel on average compared with the standard rate, and at higher volumes the saving per parcel grows. Your offer will have exact figures, worked out for your company's profile.

What happens after I send the request?

A sales colleague gets in touch as soon as possible, asks a few questions about the parcels you send and sends you the offer. You are under no obligation to accept it.

Do I need a contract with each courier?

No. You work with a single woot.ro account and get access to all 12 couriers, with no separate contracts, no separate negotiations and a single commercial relationship.

Can I also use the contracts I already have with couriers?

Yes, in wootPRO you can use your existing contracts alongside the rates negotiated through woot.ro. That way you choose, for each order, the option that suits you best.

Is there a subscription, a monthly fee or a minimum volume?

The commercial terms are set in the offer, based on your company's volume and needs. Our sales colleague tells you up front everything the partnership involves, with no hidden costs.

How do payment and invoicing work?

You agree on how payment and invoicing work with our sales colleague, based on what suits you. The invoice is issued by SEZELIA COM SRL for all shipments, whatever the courier.

How soon do I get the cash on delivery money?

The cash on delivery money is transferred to your account as soon as possible after delivery, and you will find the exact timeframe in the offer. You can track every payout from your woot.ro account.

Can I connect my online shop and invoicing software?

Yes. We connect directly with WooCommerce, Shopify, Gomag, MerchantPro, PrestaShop, OpenCart and easySales, as well as SmartBill, Oblio and FGO. Orders come into your account automatically, the AWB is generated from the order, and the invoice is issued in your invoicing software.

What happens if a parcel is lost or damaged?

Parcels can be insured for up to 10,000 lei. You file the claim with us, not directly with the courier, and we handle it as quickly as possible.

What do I write under "Site, CUI or company name"?

Any of them helps us identify the company. The CUI is quickest, but if you have an online shop, the website address also shows us what kind of products you send.
