How long does a Sameday delivery take?

Delivery takes 24-48 hours, and 80% of parcels arrive within 24 hours. For same-day pick-up, order by 15:00 on Next Day and by 12:00 on the easybox services.

What size can a parcel sent via easybox be?

The largest compartment is 47 x 44.5 x 39 cm and the maximum weight is 20 kg. If the parcel does not fit, it is returned or sent to the recipient's address, and the cost moves to the address - address rate.

Can I send documents with Sameday?

No. Documents are banned from Sameday shipments and are not compensated if lost. For papers and envelopes, choose another courier in the calculator.

Do I need a printed AWB for easybox?

Yes, when you drop the parcel into an easybox: the AWB must be stuck on the parcel, and the compartment opens when you scan its QR code. A parcel dropped off without an AWB stuck on it can get lost and is not compensated. If you only receive into an easybox, the courier collects from the address and a printed AWB is not mandatory.

When do I get the cash on delivery money?

Within 3-5 working days of delivery. If you turn on Fast payout, you get it within 24 hours.

How do I pack a parcel for Sameday?

The packaging has to survive a diagonal drop of 80 cm, and the AWB is stuck where it can be seen. For easybox, a stuck-on AWB is mandatory.

Is my parcel insured?

Every parcel sent through woot.ro includes free compensation of up to 5x the shipping cost. For more valuable contents, you can insure it for up to 10,000 lei.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, from the order page, as long as the courier has not collected the parcel. You get the money back instantly as woot credits, or within 12-24 hours in the account you paid from.

What if the courier does not show up?

Open a support ticket from the order page. If you would rather not wait, you can cancel the order as long as the parcel has not been collected.

What do I do with a parcel over 31 kg?

Next Day takes parcels of up to 31 kg. For 32-99 kg, choose the Large Parcel service. If a parcel sent on Next Day turns out to weigh more than 31 kg, Sameday adds a fee of 140 lei + VAT.
