Packing

You seal the parcel yourself, in intact packaging that suits the weight and shape of the contents.
Glass and fragile items go in a sturdy box with protective material, so they do not move during transport.
Liquids go in sealed containers, placed in a box with absorbent material.
Remove old labels: only the postal service labels stay on the parcel.

What to avoid

Handing the parcel in at the post office counter: the courier collects it from your address, and handing it in at the counter causes complications and delays.
Parcels over 20 kg or with a side longer than 150 cm: pick another courier in the calculator.
Sharp metal staples to close the parcel and unprotected sharp objects: wrap the sharp part.
