Coverage

Dragon Star delivers across all of Romania.
Places are split into three zones: big cities, places 1-15 km from them, and the rest.

What to avoid

A wrong address or a recipient who cannot be found: returning the undelivered parcel costs as much as the original shipping.
Reused, dented boxes: damaged packaging loses between 30% and 60% of its strength.
Old labels on the box: remove any AWB or barcode left over from another shipment.

Questions about Dragon Star

How long does a Dragon Star delivery take?

Delivery takes 24-72 hours, on both Standard and Pallet.

Who loads a heavy parcel?

For parcels heavier than 40 kg, the sender handles loading and the recipient handles unloading. Agree in advance who helps at hand-over and on receipt.

Can I turn on Fast payout?

Not on the Standard service: Fast payout 24H is not available. The recipient pays the cash on delivery amount on delivery.

Can I send envelopes with Dragon Star?

Yes, on the Standard service, for envelopes of up to 1 kg.

How is the parcel weight worked out?

The real weight is compared with the volumetric weight, length x width x height (cm) / 6000, and the price follows the larger value.

Is my parcel insured?

Every parcel sent through woot.ro includes free compensation of up to 5x the shipping cost. For more valuable contents, you can insure it for up to 10,000 lei.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, from the order page, as long as the courier has not collected the parcel. You get the money back instantly as woot credits, or within 12-24 hours in the account you paid from.

What if the courier does not show up?

Open a support ticket from the order page. If you would rather not wait, you can cancel the order as long as the parcel has not been collected.
